John (300m) > Fall Reflections Another from the park. My trip got canceled and we did a Tele-conf from the the office. My office was a lake by the time I left at 1. John (300m) > Single shot three exposure HDR sunset on the Lake at the parkway. Frame added for effect.
John (300m) > Oct 12: Panoramic Sunset As promised this is one of the sunsets I did not finish as I fell asleep before I could process all 13 pano's. This one is a 5 shot three exposure HDR panoramic plus the pano for a total of 21 shots to make this frame. The picture is pretty much straight from the camera as I left the HDR settings flat. I did have to crop the shot to remove a piece of trash in the foreground I missed on the initial edit. Hope you enjoy. I put up some more Pano and sunsets from that evening in these Galleries. There is a HDR shot from prior to sunset that I want to go back to in about 1 month and see the color difference. Here are the two sunset shot I captured Sunsets. Here are the Panoramic shots I captured Panoramic shots. That are 3 Panoramics one prior to sunset and 2 at sunset

John (300m) > Oct 2: The stories I could tell! I did not get much time yesterday at lunch due to meetings I was in and had to attend so I mad a short loop just to get some air. I took my camera and I saw the old trees we have on Post and their shapes intrigued me. I shot a few when I saw this shot and the tree called to me. I could see where many a person has sat on this branch and swung, talked and climbed this old majestic Oak. The conditions were great as the sky was very blue and clear. the temps were very mild and the breeze was nice. I could tell where many a person had spent time on the bend in this tree like I wanted to do vs going back to work. The stories this tree could tell if it could talk. the tree is over 125 years old. Happy Friday!
